Development & Construction: All parts of the injection mould including standards are realized in 3D to enable full collision detection; this increases the safety of design.

Gearbox Design and Tooth Gearing Calculation: You have a concept for a gear or tooth gearing? Laudenbach Formtechnik offers you the optimum system-solution for every stage of manufacturing process. The numerous years of research with the legendary gear specialist Helmut Hirn in customized gears form the basis for profound expertise knowledge in the area of gearing. Several patent applications were achieved as a result. Laudenbach is a leader in plastic-suited gearing and co-founder and pioneer in hybrid gearing.

Tool Construction With Laudenbach, you have a partner for your mould order that not only ensures a prompt release. At your request, we also start up production for you, using your moulds on the premises i.e. we take on the entire series production. If necessary, we can implement changes and extensions to the moulds quickly and flexibly during manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance & Validation: 3D measuring opens us further possibilities in the range of "measuring in 3D space" - e.g. 3D-mouldings, free form surfaces in the electrode production and certainly also in the optimization of gear components or with other technical plastic components.

Metal-Plastic-Components: The metal part is inserted into the mould and overmoulded with plastic - we process 70 different types of compounds from A to Z (Amodel - Zytel)

Injection-Moulds from 0.1 g to 500 g: from domestic appliances to aerospace - automation of the injection mouldings by STÄUBLI-robot cells.

High-volume series production with state-of-the-art industrial robots.

Metal Production: Customized tooth gearings of highest quality from module 0.1 - 3.0 brass, stainless steel, etc. 3D measuring in space.
